Weds: 1 hour Zumba/Body Barre Mix – 6.30pm – Birchwood Grove School

Thurs: 45min Body Barre – 9.30am Kings Centre Burgess Hill

Friday: 1 hour Zumba 9.30am…………….10.35 50mins Body Wisdom – Kings Centre Burgess Hill
