I love teaching Barre Body!
Hit the bar for a new workout routine (no, not that kind of bar) – Barre (pronounced bar!)
“No tutus required!” you do not need any prior dance experience to benefit from a Body Barre workout. The class uses a mix of classical ballet and body toning exercises using a ‘ballet barre’ or chair for support as well as resistance bands and balls for core strength and muscle toning. You should feel stronger, taller, more flexible and coordinated with every class!
|Wear normal exercise workout gear, go barefeet or wear ‘grippy socks.
Wednesdays: 6:30 pm – 7:30pm Birchwood Grove School, Burgess Hill. Zumba Barre Mix: Half the session focusing on cardiovascular – the other half focussing on strengthening, toning and stretching. 60 minute class £6 a session
Thursdays: 9.30am -10:15am The Kings Centre, Victoria Road, Burgess Hill. 45 minute class £6 a session
