IMPORTANT!!!! Those that are attending tomorrows class we are at: THE MARTLETS HALL – Burgess Hill.

(I have been let down last minute by the other hall provider) If you park in Waitrose Carpark I will reimburse you 80p for parking if you produce your ticket.

BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE AND THOSE FIRST TIME FRIDAY  PARTICIPANTS CAN HAVE A FREE WORKOUT.
