I love teaching Barre Body!
Hit the bar for a new workout routine (no, not that kind of bar) – Barre (pronounced bar!)
“No tutus required!” you do not need any prior dance experience to benefit from a Body Barre workout. The class uses a mix of classical ballet and body toning exercises using a ‘ballet barre’ or chair for support. You should feel stronger, taller, more flexible and coordinated with every class!
Wear normal exercise workout gear, go barefoot or wear ‘grippy’ socks.
Thursdays: 9.30am -10:15am
Venue: The Kings Centre, Victoria Road, Burgess Hill – 45 minute class
Wednesdays: 6.30pm DanceBody Fitness and Body Barre Mix
Venue: Birchwood Grove School Burgess Hill – 60 min class
£7 a class
Loyalty cards are available for ‘regulars’ to use at any of my classes £60 for 10 classes – no expiry date
