Barre Body
Barre Body classes will improve your posture and body tone.
“No tutus required!” you do not need any prior dance experience to benefit from a Body Barre workout. The class uses a mix of classical ballet and body toning exercises using a chair for support. You should feel stronger, taller, more flexible and coordinated with every class!
Wear normal exercise workout gear, go barefoot or wear ‘grippy’ socks.
